To receive consideration for scholarships, applicants must be planning to enroll in a minimum of 12 semester credit hours each semester (fall and spring) or be accepted into a Nursing and Health Sciences program. Scholarships are not available during the summer sessions.
Submitting a scholarship application will allow applicants to be considered for most scholarships awarded by TJC unless otherwise noted.

Nearly $3.5 Million in Annual Scholarships Available
Don’t assume you won’t qualify! TJC awards nearly $3.5 million every year in scholarships to deserving students.
How to Apply for Scholarships
One application allows you to be considered for all applicable scholarships. All students can be considered for most scholarships with the exception of Fine and Performing Art Scholarships and Athletic Scholarships.
To submit an application:
1: Apply to TJC. If you’re already a student, you can skip this step.
2: Fill out the scholarship application. Applicants must have a TJC student ID and password to apply.
3: Once your application is complete, you will be considered for all scholarships for which you are eligible. No additional action is required for most scholarships.
4: Some scholarships require additional action such as submission of additional questions and/or essays.
5: You may log in at any time to check the status of your application. If awarded a scholarship, you will be notified by email and required to accept the scholarship online. Scholarships are awarded from May 1 thru July. All notifications of awards will be sent to your TJC Student email.
Most require submitting donor correspondence in the form of a thank you note or student bio.
