  • Choose your Transcript Level and Type
  • Click Submit
  • Right click on the resulting page to save or print your transcript

Students with holds or those unable to enter their Apache Access may submit this unofficial transcript request form to have a copy mailed or faxed.

Official Transcripts

Electronic Copies

Order an official electronic transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse for a $3.90 fee. This is the safest and quickest way to receive your records. Dual Credit/Early Admission students and students attending prior to 2008 may not request electronic copies.

Printed Copies

A free*, printed copy can be picked up in person by visiting the Registrar’s Office on the first floor of WASC with a current TJC student ID or government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, US passport, etc.).

*There is no fee for the first ten printed transcripts requested through the Registrar’s Office. After that, there is a $5.00 fee per transcript.

If you have a hold on your account, your official transcript request will not be processed. You can view your holds under “Quick Links” in Apache Access.

For further questions, please contact the Registrar’s office at 903-510-2401 or registrars@tjc.edu.

Transcript Evaluations

Official transcript(s) from all colleges attended must be received by the TJC Registrar’s Office.  Once the transcript(s) have been received by the TJC Registrar’s Office they will be evaluated for transfer credit in the order they are received.

Note: If you are an international student, and have international transcripts, you must use the International Transcript Evaluation Services to have your transcript translated and evaluated.

Submitting Transcripts

For admissions purposes, please submit either your official high school transcript or your GED scores. High school transcripts must have the date of graduation posted on the transcript. All high school and college/university transcripts must be official (no faxed copies).
