TSI Test Day Checklist

All testing is administered on a walk-in basis. You must have a photo ID to be eligible to test and you must submit proof of having completed a TSI Pre-Assessment Activity. Calculators, pencils and scratch paper are provided by the TJC Testing Center.

The TJC Testing Centers are located on the 2nd floor of Rogers Student Center on the main campus and at the TJC West location. 

Please make sure you bring the following required items on your testing day. 

• A government-issued photo ID
• Pay fees at the Testing Center or Cashiers Office, located on the 2nd floor of Rogers Student Center.
  • For TJC students
    • English, Language Arts, & Reading Exam – $10
    • Math Exam – $10
  • For non-TJC students
    • English, Language Arts, & Reading Exam – $15
    • Math Exam – $15
• Your TSI Pre-Assessment Activity Completion Certificate. (This will be emailed to you after you have completed the Pre-Assessment Activity)
• Wear comfortable clothing. You can expect to devote 3 to 4 hours if taking all sections.
