Students transferring from another institution must formally cancel their financial aid at that college and add TJC as a school on their FAFSA. Proof of cancellation can be faxed to 903-510-2794. Students then need to check Apache Access for Student Requirements and continue with the TJC financial aid process as explained.
All students have live access to their financial aid status in Apache Access. Once logged in, click “My Finances.” This will direct you to the Financial Aid Dashboard. Apache Access MUST be checked frequently since requirements can change without notice.
Work Study provides jobs to students who demonstrate the highest financial need. A student must maintain at least six (6) credit hours and meet satisfactory academic progress standards. This program is only offered to students attending the regular fall/spring terms and to Texas residents
