The Honors Living and Learning Community (LLC), Housed inside the Ornelas Residential Complex, is a vibrant co-ed community of Honors students diving deep into the Honors Program experience.
The LLC brings together Honors students of all interests (this year it housed students in football, Apache Belles, Apache Band, baseball, gaming, music, dance, theater, and more) who live together with one thing in common: the Honors Program! The LLC offers devoted study lounges and unique opportunities like field trips, guest speakers, social gatherings, and service opportunities.
Students awarded the Presidential Honors Scholarship are offered an additional $5,600 per year to live on campus in the Honors Living and Learning Community. This opportunity is for those living on the Honors Living and Learning Community floor.

Does the Presidential Honors Scholarship cover the cost of on-campus housing?
The Presidential Honors Scholarship pays $500 per semester towards the cost of housing if the student chooses to live on the Honors floor in the Ornelas Residential Complex.
